All about our Meetings:

starting in September!! ***

General Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from September to June.

Check out the blog for information about the last meeting and the upcoming meeting.

Time & Details: 

Meetings begin at 7pm but feel free to arrive early at 6:30pm to mix and mingle. Don’t forget to sign in at each meeting. Have fun exploring the expansive library that includes books, magazines, patterns and rulers. Exchange fat quarters for draw tickets and purchase 50/50 tickets.

All meetings are held at the 

Westdale Park Free-Methodist Church

The address is:  7 Richmond Park Drive, Napanee. 

 The church is located right across from the Napanee Hospital. 

Guests are always welcome to attend one meeting free of charge. An Annual Membership runs from (September – June) and is available for $40. Name tags are encouraged and are available for purchase at any time when you sign in.

Workshops:

Please check the website for upcoming workshops. Special guests may offer afternoon sessions before the Guild meetings at a reduced fee to members. Visitors can also be accommodated for a fee. Information on workshops can be found here on the meetings page.

What to bring to a meeting:

If you would like, you can bring a fat quarter for the Fat Quarter Draw. A fat quarter id s piece of fabric that measures 18″ x 21″ (46cm x 51 cm). Each month there will be a theme which you can find in the menu for the month.

Bring a show and tell item to show off during the meeting also! The best part of the meeting is seeing what other peoples quilted projects look like and what they have been working on. In September there will be a free 50/50 ticket for anyone who brings a show and tell.

Speaking of the 50/50 draw….You might want to bring cash for that draw!
